Pre-Paid Service Plans
Pre-paid plans cover most of the work we perform,
with the exception of advanced web site design services. Each plan
provides different services so you can choose the plan that best
suits your needs. For new customers we recommend our popular SuperTech
plan, combining substantial savings off regular prices and a free
comprehensive inventory of your entire

for a Day" ($199 = 7 hours*)
- Basic Package
($350 = 10 hours)
- SuperTech Package
($700 = 20 Hours)
Service times can be pre-booked in 3-hour blocks.
Please note as these plans are heavily discounted, advance notice
is required for all service calls. Same day requests are subject
to strict availability. Emergency or after-hours service is available
as a premium to all pre-paid plans.
We reserve the right to swap-out service personnel
if necessary when specific requests require additional resources.
Convenient monthly billed Consulting Services available with signed contract agreement (all contracts are billed time and materials.) This is the most common option for all Online and Interactive development and for unique long-term projects.

- Hours are calculated in 15 minute increments (1 hr min, 3 hrs
max - unless otherwise arranged)
- Same day service subject to strict availability
- Emergency hours booked at double applicable plan rate
- A signed "Service Maintenance Agreement" must be completed before
- Standard hours: 9 - 6pm (Mon-Fri excl. statutory holidays***)
- Emergency/After Hours: All other times, including weekends/holidays

- Renewal price guaranteed through next pre-paid agreement date.
- Valid for 1 year from first use
- Not refundable ("use or lose" policy)
- Payment for "Rent an IT Tech" Plan is upon delivery
of services, all other plans are billed in advance
- Rates for 312 area code only (Outside 312: 3 hr minimum)
- All contract and pre-paid package pricing based on actual rates quoted and agreed to at initial contract signing.
The initial hardware/software inventory and Backup
assessment is based on a total of 4 hours system analysis. Additional
hours or updates to the initial asessment are considered a part
of standard service calls and charged accordingly.
